Yogi Sriram is a veteran HR leader with over four decades of experience leading HR functions for large companies, most notably as the head of HR for Larsen & Toubro, India's most successful and largest engineering and construction conglomerate. At L&T, he contributed significantly to the organization by conceptualizing and implementing a performance management system called FAIR, developing a high-potential programme that conducted over 20,000 leadership assessments across two decades, and introducing several first-of-their-kind HR policies, particularly in leadership development and talent management.

Having stepped back from his advisory role at L&T, Yogi's goal today is to contribute to industry as a consultant, drawing on his deep experience across a wide range of specialties. These include developing and designing job evaluation systems, variable pay plans for the IT sector, and employee stock option plans; advising on compensation for independent and whole-time directors in listed companies; team building through research and applied behavioural science; mentoring for improved leadership competencies; and designing learning and development interventions.

His expertise also extends to industrial relations strategy and advisory on matters related to the Labor Code, drafting and improving HR policies across areas from performance appraisal to talent acquisition, deriving insights from employee engagement surveys, and setting up HR departments and teams suited to specific business needs. He is equally engaged in deriving insights from the National Education Policy and the EdTech sector for industry-academia collaboration, coaching HR teams to build stronger competencies, and drawing connections between social psychology and the contemporary challenges and opportunities facing today's HR environment.
