Yogi Sriram with over 44 years in HR leadership am currently serving as Advisor to CEO & MD, Group Human Resources, Larsen & Toubro.
Sriram is a self-driven and focused thought leader, has proven expertise in the areas of HR Strategy, Policies, Senior level hiring, Team Building, Talent Spotting, Succession Planning, Career Sculpting, Mentoring, Organisation Development, Talent Management and Change Management. His leadership experience in HR spans across the Engineering, Construction, Hydrocarbon, Power, FMCG and Hospitality industry. He has led HR for logos such as L&T, Dabur, BP, Taj, ABB and NTPC.
Sriram’s goal is now to contribute to industry with his experience in leading HR for over 4 decades for large companies and more particularly after leading the HR function of India's most successful and large engineering and construction conglomerate L&T. At L&T, he has contributed by conceptualizing & implementing a Performance Management System called FAIR, developing a high potential programme with over 19000 assessments of leaders in 2 decades and several other first of the kind HR Policies, particularly in the area of Leadership Development & Talent Management.
