As part of the various initiatives by AIMA Young Leaders Council, has started Special Interest Groups (SIG). Currently the SIGs will be broadly classified in 5 diverse areas: Human Resource Management, Tech start ups, Marketing & Communication, Art & Culture, Social Business. Each group will be steered nationally by a Group Chair / Co-Chair.

The key objective of the SIGs is to prioritize areas of work around the theme of interest group and Organize activities and sessions.

Nisha Holla, Visiting Fellow Observer Research Foundation
Nisha is an author, researcher and engineer. She is Visiting Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation and Technology Fellow at the Center for Cellular and Molecular Platforms, Bengaluru. A Carnegie Mellon alum, Nisha's passionate about applying multivariate optimization in the real world, dabbling in fluid dynamics, and deconstructing the effect of chemicals on health and the environment. She recently moved back to India from the San Francisco Bay Area where she worked at the cutting edge of hardware product development in semiconductors and fuel cell technology.

Nisha regularly writes about the Indian economy, higher education, technology and policy. She led the production of India’s first report on deep science innovation, as Consulting Editor for YourStory. Nisha also co-authored and presented a report to the Maharashtra government with economic models for the state economy to reach USD 1 trillion GDP by 2025. She co-authored an exhaustive report surveying India's human capital development, released at the 15th FICCI Higher Education Summit in Nov 2019. In Dec 2019, Nisha was part of a team to produce an comprehensive survey of Bengaluru's fast-growing innovation ecosystem, released by the Karnataka Vision Fund.

Yuvika Gupta – Founder at YouWe Network
Yuvika is the founder and CEO of YouWe Global Network LLP. She is a Chartered Accountant turned talk Show Host, Producer and Author. She has worked with PwC and KVG- Stat. Audit Dept. And has international exposure of studying at Babson, U.S. and TBS, France. She has been a speaker at Josh Talk & in South Africa International Creativity Conference. She has been awarded the Indian Achiever's Award 2020-Business Excellence and nominated for Rex Karmaveer Chakra Award. Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Co-opted member of PR Committee of ICAI.

Mr Ambi Subramaniam – Co-Founder SAPA In Schools
Hailed as "the new king of Indian classical violin" by The Times of India and “India’s Itzhak Pearlmann” by Ozy Magazine, Ambi Subramaniam was trained by his father and guru Dr. L. Subramaniam since he was three years old, and gave his first performance at the age of seven. He has received awards and recognitions including the Ritz Icon of the Year Award, the Rotary Youth Award, and two Global Indian Music Awards. He was also awarded a ‘Golden Violin’ from Sri Jayendra Saraswati when he was 18.

Along with his sister Bindu Subramaniam, Ambi runs the SaPa in Schools program, which teaches music to over 30,000 students across the world. He also co-hosts The SaPa Show on Sankara TV, which teaches global music to young children.

Ambi is a youth delegate at the United Nations for the Sri Chinmoy Peace Meditation group.
