YLC Special Interest Groups (SIG)

As part of the various initiatives by AIMA Young Leaders Council, has started Special Interest Groups (SIG). Currently the SIGs will be broadly classified in 5 diverse areas: Human Resource Management, Tech start ups, Marketing & Communication, Art & Culture, Social Business. Each group will be steered nationally by a Group Chair / Co-Chair.

The key objective of the SIGs is to prioritize areas of work around the theme of interest group and Organize activities and sessions.

Nanjappa Somanna - Vice President Head Employee Relations at Infosys Ltd
Nanjappa B.S is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a career spanning 17 years. In his current role, he is Vice President, HR at Infosys. In this role, he is Global Head for Employee Relations and Head HR for the regions of APAC and LATAM

Shipra is a an expert in crisis communications, reputation management and soft skills training, with over 20 years of experience. Shipra has held CEO positions in a number of global companies before starting her own business 6 years ago.

Tanya Singh – YLC Member
I serve as the Marketing Advisor @ ProactiveForHer is a digital clinic for women, offering accessible, personalised and confidential health-care solutions. We offer products and services for out-patient health concerns of Indian women, across their lifetime - from puberty to pregnancy to menopause. I also Advise CalyxPod : a Tech solution across Universities and Corporates to enable all India hiring for TA and TNP teams. As Proprietor of iDevi; I help startups across Growth Hacking, Branding, Government Lobbying, and PR & Communications Strategy.

Gangadhar Gude- Founder at INVECAS
Worked at AMD as a Chip Designer and Started a Semiconductor comany after that.

Yuvika Gupta – Founder at YouWe Network
Yuvika is the founder and CEO of YouWe Global Network LLP. She is a Chartered Accountant turned talk Show Host, Producer and Author. She has worked with PwC and KVG- Stat. Audit Dept. And has international exposure of studying at Babson, U.S. and TBS, France. She has been a speaker at Josh Talk & in South Africa International Creativity Conference. She has been awarded the Indian Achiever's Award 2020-Business Excellence and nominated for Rex Karmaveer Chakra Award. Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Co-opted member of PR Committee of ICAI.

Mr Ambi Subramaniam – Co-Founder SAPA In Schools
Hailed as "the new king of Indian classical violin" by The Times of India and “India’s Itzhak Pearlmann” by Ozy Magazine, Ambi Subramaniam was trained by his father and guru Dr. L. Subramaniam since he was three years old, and gave his first performance at the age of seven. He has received awards and recognitions including the Ritz Icon of the Year Award, the Rotary Youth Award, and two Global Indian Music Awards. He was also awarded a ‘Golden Violin’ from Sri Jayendra Saraswati when he was 18.

Along with his sister Bindu Subramaniam, Ambi runs the SaPa in Schools program, which teaches music to over 30,000 students across the world. He also co-hosts The SaPa Show on Sankara TV, which teaches global music to young children.

Ambi is a youth delegate at the United Nations for the Sri Chinmoy Peace Meditation group.
