Mr Saurabh Agrawal has more than 27 years’ experience in corporate life. He is currently working with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd as ‘Head of Strategy & Growth’ for Government Services business. During his long career, he has worked across geographies in diverse roles. He has received several awards in TCS for his management and leadership skills.
He is passionate about mentoring young professionals on management, leadership, along with digital technology and its socio-cultural impact. He is a certified Coach from International Coaching Federation, certified Mentor, and Counsellor. His expertise is in strategy, leadership and innovation. He also advises young startups on designing their products, marketing and business strategy.
He is a Life member and Patron of Computer Society of India (CSI), the oldest body of Computer professionals founded in 1965. He was honoured with the award of ‘Significant Contribution to the Society’ by CSI for his commitment and volunteering efforts. He is also serving as National Council member of All India Management Association (AIMA).
He has served on academic councils and Area advisory boards of several Universities and Engineering colleges. He has been a mentor on Smart India Hackathon (organized by Ministry of Education and AICTE).
