In the face of the pandemic, he led a transformation that not only ensured the organization's survival but positioned it for accelerated growth — over seven years, he expanded the sales team from 75 to 325, quadrupled revenue to INR 4,000 Cr., and achieved a significant pricing premium over competitors, an achievement recognized with the Transformer Award. Earlier, at Idea Cellular, he managed a 900-member team across 10 offices, 900 distributors, 1.5 lakh retailers, 50 large-format stores, 350 franchises, 1.25 lakh sq. ft. of retail space, and a secondary salesforce of 6,000+, delivering key objectives for 4G smartphones. He spearheaded the seamless integration of Vodafone and Idea in Kolkata and West Bengal, creating the third-largest circle in India with annual revenue of INR 5,000 Crores, and was recognized as part of the top talent pool in the Aditya Birla Group, nominated for the Chairman's Award, and promoted four times in seven years.
