Rakesh is a triple postgraduate in Finance, Marketing and Business Management. He holds two MBA degrees from 1) IMT Ghaziabad and 2) GlobalNXT University Malaysia and is a PG in Finance from ICFAI, Hyderabad. He completed 15 months AMP from INSEAD, Singapore and is currently pursuing Doctorate in Business Management from SP Jain. He can be described as an eternal student, meticulous, passionate, conscientious and a self driven Business Leader.

He feels fortunate to have worked with great leaders and organizations, which helped him learn complexities of business and also the human side. He feels to have immensely gained from some high quality L&D programs to be able to look at the larger picture and move seamlessly across sectors by focusing on 1) Product and Consumer Management; 2) Building Strong Teams; 3) Operation Management while driving strategic change and 4) P&L and Stakeholders Management; His passion in developing teams has been aided by a 15 months program in Team Coaching from TWP, USA. He has diversified exposure in Real Estate, Telecom FMCG, Retail and Consumer Durable in Sales, Marketing, P&L responsibility and Business Strategy.

He believes that the most important aspect of Leadership is to build long term Corporate objectives and break these into simple tasks for execution and enable team with resources and training to accomplish the objectives. A leader should be a patient and mindful listener and have ability to align the team to create win-win situations. Ability to think, reflect, introspect and observe are some of the traits that he has consciously developed to grow into a matured business leader.He has significantly demonstrated his ability to Learn, Unlearn and Relearn by working in diverse industries and managing complex portfolios.

Having moved into Real Estate shortly before pandemic and not just surviving but taking the organization forward to a strong growth path, this period has been highly insightful and has helped him to gain fresh perspective into leading businesses and building teams in challenging situations. This experience motivates him to want even bigger canvas to enhance sphere of influence and create value for stakeholders.
