Executive Chairman & Founder, 5F World Pvt LtdDr. Ganesh Natarajan is Chairman of 5F World, GTT Data Solutions, EPPS, Honeywell Automation India, and Lighthouse Communities. He also serves as a Board Member of Hinduja Global Solutions, Cyient DLM, Table Space, 1Crowd, Educate Girls, and two companies of the SBI Group.
A distinguished alumnus award winner of BIT Ranchi, IIT Bombay, and IIM Mumbai (NITIE), Ganesh is a prolific speaker and writer, having authored sixteen books and regular columns on knowledge management, digital success, and leadership.
He led two corporate success stories with distinction — APTECH from 1991 to 2001 and Zensar from 2001 to 2016. In the last five years of his CEO tenure at Zensar, the company achieved a market value growth of 44% annually, a record in the industry. His work with Vision Communities and Innovation has been the subject of two case studies written and taught at Harvard Business School.
Ganesh is a member of the Chairmen's Council of NASSCOM and the National Council of the All India Management Association. He has previously served as Chairman of NASSCOM and NASSCOM Foundation, President of the HBS Club of India, and has served multiple terms on the National Council of CII.
