He currently leads Nippon, an HCL Tech venture that delivers data-driven insights to support strategic people decisions and elevate the employee work experience. Previously, he served as Director of Business Consulting at EY, where he advised leading enterprises on business design and performance improvement, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise. He holds an engineering degree from NIT Trichy, a gold medal in International Business from IIFT Delhi, and a Certificate of Business Excellence from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
