Welcome to AIMA’s Young Leaders Council (YLC).

I believe that the youth leadership of our country is uniquely positioned to take us into an era of inclusive growth. AIMA is committed to provide a platform to empower such young leaders through AIMA YLC.

We invite young leaders from all walks of life to join together and be a part of this coveted community where everyone supports each other and move forward for together. We would like AIMA YLC members to help each other grow, while also fostering collaboration amongst themselves as well as with other like-minded organisations or individuals.

AIMA YLC enables young leaders to get access to exclusive networking events, interactions with policy makers and mentorship from industry leaders. The Mentor-Mentee programme allows YLC members to seek guidance from experts from specific domain and industries; while the Special Interest groups (SIGs) to help you do domain-level interactions and networking as well. I invite you to join this vibrant community and be a part of its transformational journey, steered by young minds and future leaders.

Welcome to the webpage of AIMA’s Young Leaders Council (YLC).

The Young Leaders Council is a carefully-selected group of driven leaders who are dedicated to helping to usher in national transformation. Through this Council, AIMA endeavours to provide a platform to young leaders to shape the management destiny of the country.

These young achievers come from different walks of life, and are change makers in their respective domains. The AIMA YLC acts as an inner-circle of millennial advisors, who embody AIMA’s mission to be a leader in Management Development Movement across the country while facilitating individuals and organisations realise their potential.

Emphasising innovative thinking, collaboration and leadership, the Young Leaders Council will capitalise on the new age ideas brought forth by this young and dynamic group, and help usher in fresh thought leadership.

The YLC also aims to provide opportunities for young leaders to learn from each other and engage with some of the India’s top organisations, business leaders, policy makers, opinion leaders, journalists, diplomats, academicians. It aims to mentor and nurture young leaders to prepare for the next wave of national transformation.
